Embedded Signup is Meta's official window through which a number's owner connects it to the WhatsApp API. To offer it, Meta requires being a technology provider or solution partner. What it is
A Meta flow that opens in a window: the person logs in with Facebook, picks or creates their business portfolio, WhatsApp Business account and number, and grants permission to the provider's app. At the end, the provider gets access to that number without knowing anyone's password.
What Meta requires to offer it
- Being a Meta technology provider (Tech Provider) or solution partner, with a verified app.
- Running the Cloud API and receiving Meta's webhooks.
- For coexistence, also logging the onboarding session.

Can I put my brand on Meta's window?
No: the window is Meta's and cannot be customized. What carries your brand is the link's page that opens it.
Does it work for coexistence?
Yes. The same link lets you connect a number that stays in the WhatsApp Business app on the phone.
Does the link expire?
Yes, after the period you choose when you create it, and it can be retried until onboarding completes.
